Thank you for choosing WM as your environmental solutions provider. Below you’ll find some helpful information to help you get started.
Container Delivery & Your First Service
- Before your service starts, we will deliver a container to your normal trash and recycling pickup location, typically in the driveway or alley or at the front curb of your residence.
- For alley service, please mark your street address in the alley or on your containers for identification by our drivers.
- Before your first service, please have your container out by 6 AM at your designated pickup location.
- Look for a follow-up email about your upcoming service. You’ll also hear from your Account Success Representative, who will be supporting you through your first few months with WM. In the meantime, set your communication preferences by logging in to My WM.
Your My WM Online Profile
With a My WM online profile, you can manage accounts and billing, request services, view pickup schedules and more, all in one place.
Setting Your Communication Preferences
Once you’ve set up your My WM account, setting your communication preferences is the next step. This will allow you to choose how and when you would like to receive updates regarding your account.
Information in this article may be inapplicable to customers who receive service pursuant to a WM agreement with a municipality, association or other entity, or where applicable law requires differing terms of service.
