How do I track my WM truck with the My WM app?

Download the My WM app
If you’re a customer with a My WM profile, download My WM from the iOS or Android app store.
Track your WM truck
- Log in using your My WM credentials and tap Services at the bottom of your screen.
- Choose an address from the dropdown if applicable.
- On your service day, details with the container size and estimated pickup time will display under the “You Have a Pickup Today” section.
- Once we’ve completed your pickup, this section will display a confirmation message for 48 hours after pickup.
Sometimes, unforeseen circumstances like traffic, weather or truck repairs may delay a pickup, but you should receive an alert if it cannot be completed. You can also opt into text notifications. Learn how to here.
