What is a waste transfer station?
A waste transfer station is a temporary holding facility where waste is sorted and sent to a landfill or recycling facility. This sorting process allows different types of recyclable materials, including plastics and electronics, to be handled more efficiently and is an important part of our commitment to environmental stewardship.
