Learn how to transfer your WM service to a new home or business when you move.
Before we can help you transfer your service we need a few things:
- The date you are moving
- Your new address
- When you would like service to start at your new address
Transfer Commercial Services
If you are a commercial customer, click the Request Help button below.
Transfer Residential Services
Single Account Linked
- Log in to My WM and navigate to the Do More Online card.
- Click on the Moving option to transfer your service online.
- Follow the instructions and submit your request to finalize the process.
Multiple Accounts Linked
- Log in to My WM and navigate to the My Services card and select Adjust Service.
- Click Moving on the current location, follow the instructions, and submit your request to finalize the process.
Information in this article may be inapplicable to customers who receive service pursuant to a WM agreement with a municipality, association or other entity, or where applicable law requires differing terms of service.
